Payment Methods

 

For the guarantee and confirmation of the reservation with advance payment of 50% of the stay;
The maximum period reserved for the confirmation deposit is; 24 hours, counting from the pre-booking data.

The remaining balance will be paid. agreed at the inn at check-in;
We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers and pix to pay for the remainder of the reservation;

Cancellation or change of reservations

 

The rules for cancellation or necessary changes, sent in writing to the email reservas@bugioflats.com.br or WhatsApp  +55 21 99636-2218 are: 

·         Until 30 days before the entry date: full refund of the amount deposited.

·         Until 15 days before the arrival date: fine of 10% of the total reservation value.

·         Until 8 days before arrival date: fine of 30% of the total reservation value.

·         From 7 is 1 day before the arrival date: fine of 50% of the total reservation value.

·         In case of NO SHOW and cancellations made on the day of booking: fine of 100% of the total reservation value.
